March 9, 2012 - London, Kentucky, USA - Volunteer Dave Hall, from Holly Springs, NC, comforts a dog that had just arrived at The Humane Society of the United States emergency animal shelter as he and staff care for dogs that were lost or surrendered in the aftermath of tornados that tore through areas around London, Ky. The emergency animal shelter is operated out of an airplane hangar at the London-Corbin Airport. Hall is a volunteer with the National Disaster Animal Relief Team (NDART).
