October 25, 2009 - Slade, Kentucky, USA -Visitors to Natural Bridge State Park walk across the sandstone formation to get a view of the fall foliage that was expected to be peaking this weekend. The arch is 78 feet in length, 65 feet high, 12 feet thick, and 20 feet wide. Some geologists believe that the natural sandstone arch, which has been drawing tourists since 1889, is at least a million years old. (Credit image: © David Stephenson)
