Toyota employee Kathy Doth worked on pruning the canes off rose bushes and pulling back their blanket of winter mulch at the University of Kentucky Arboretum in Lexington, Ky., on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Doth is part of a volunteer program through Toyota that allows her to perform work in the community as part of her job at the plant.
