Alltech Brew-off

Ken Klein kept an eye on his boiling mash during the Alltech pro-am brew-off at Alltech's Lexington Brewing Company in Lexington, Ky., on Saturday, May 9, 2009. The bew-off, now in it's third year, had 16 brewers making their beer using Alltech yeast and water. in about a month when the beer is ready, it will be judged and the winner will be entered in the Great American Beer Festival in Denver.
