Mike Vanzant got a little help from a Bluegrass Towing truck after he couldn't get his car unstuck on Maxwell Street as police ordered dozens of cars to be towed away along the designated snow emergency route after rain, snow and ice covered Lexington, Ky., on Tuesday, January 27, 2009. All of the cars on the street in this photo were in violation of the snow emergency route parking order. Police were knocking on doors trying to find owners of cars before they were towed.
