John Tucker walked through a plowed field on his family farm bordering the Andover Creek subdivision off Chilesburg Road where the Jimmy Nash, Ball Homes and Barlow Homes developments are growing in Lexington, Ky. on Wednesday, April 24, 2007. Tucker said that this field, which has been growing crops since the 1930s, has flooded twice in the last two years because of poor planning by the developers. He said that to his knowledge, this field has flooded only once before the developments were built.
