Cheapside Fountain demo

Carl Rouse, with Randle-Davies, broke up the second of two concrete circular fountains for removal at Cheapside Park in downtown Lexington, Ky., on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. A new concrete pad will be poured and a pavilion constructed for the Farmer's Market. Randle-Davies is the contractor used for site prep and Kentucky Concrete Construction will pour the new material.
