Regina Robbins, a paralegal with Sturgill, Turner, Barker and Moloney on the 14th floor of the World Trade Center in downtown Lexington, waited in the frigid cold as the building was evacuated Monday morning following the report of a possible fire in the building in Lexington, Ky., on Monday, December 22, 2008. Some employees said they smelled smoke on the 16th floor. The building is at 333 West Vine Street. The call came in about 10 a.m. Mill Street between West Main and West Vine was blocked off by emergency vehicles.
