Jessica Denny held her four-month-old son Spencer Blair at her home in Berea, Ky., on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, after she was told by a local McDonald's to stop breast feeding her son there earlier in the day. After she called the police they told her she would be charged for trespassing if she did not leave. A 2006 Kentucky law prohibits interfering with a breastfeeding woman.
