Steven Denton, of Lexington, looked over his tangled kite string before cutting it off during the annual Kite Fest at Jacobson Park in Lexington, Ky., on 4/10/10. Denton said his kite was flying good when he got some height but that it was difficult to get it going. Despite the off-and-on nature of the day's wind, thousands enjoyed the kite flying, face painting, bubble blowing and live entertainment. Photo by David Stephenson
